Its terrible to see! Glad your not affected tho man. Im in Scotland so believe me I know rain, bit not on this level. That's something else
That's really bad Granny, I seen the UK on the news and it's been unprecedented.
Here in Ireland flooding began in December and has been really bad the last few weeks in various parts of the country.
We had a storm Wednesday that in my opinion was a hurricane and I cannot remember the last day without rain, it must be at least 4-5 months.
I guess these weather patterns are the norm from now on.

Yes its the same here its been raining for months, we to had a similar storm and I agree I would say it was a hurricane. I've never known weather like it, its always rained a lot here but this is mad. That storm took the roof off the school by us and brought a tree down on someone's house, I just wish it would stop now!

That would be a good idea car's are no good that's for sure.
I've never seen anything like it either before, the wind has abated here but no such luck with the rain.
I was in town when it hit and it was scary, there was so much to contend with , power lines and trees down everywhere and I seen council aluminium road work signs flying about the place.
Always very sad when there's a loss of life.
