I think this might be from me having the humidity dome covering the seedling and its not getting much fresh air. I'm just gonna take it off and see how they do in next couple days.

You should probably transplant it with mycorrhizae fungi applied directly to the roots. You're right, they could be suffocating you may want to bump the perlite at least up to 25%. Could be wrong but it couldn't hut. Also maybe back your light off a bit if it's only 18 inches away.

Fuck!!! I don't know wtf is wrong with me over watering, I keep killing my plants like that. This is just getting frustrating now. II did have a good feeling that's what it was since the cup looked a bit heavy.
I hope it bounces back to normal soon.

The problem isn't really over watering, it's that there's a lack of drainage/aeration in your soil. Given a medium that allows the proper amount of drainage, there will NEVER be over watering problems unless the plants are being watered with a retarded volume.

There seems to be good amount of perlite in the meidum and I did add coco to it.

My seedlings only get water once a week.
I don't water them until the soil is bone dry, which forces the roots to extend outwards to find a water source. You want to encourage the roots to expand, as it will result in explosive vegetative growth.
My babies roughly 2 weeks going into new homes
4 days later
7 days later
You can see how explosive their growth is in a short period of time. Minimal watering during the early stages works well for me.
