It is hard to guess at what the flies are with out more info or visuals. Its just a guess but they could be fungus gnats. Those buggers have affected me when I didn't allow for the soil to dry more before the next watering. Once I allowed for more time to dry, it took care of my root gnat problem.
You can read up on them here.

Good luck
Makes sense, I think I might have been keeping the soil a bit wet. Will work on that.
I do have sticky traps that I'm using, will use hydrogen peroxide next time I water them if the flies are still around.
Watered the big plant and also tied down some branches, lst.
The small plant is white widow, the other two are NLs

They look like fungus gnats to me. Though they arnt great to have around, I wouldnt stress out about them too much. In an attempt to get rid of them in a hurry, it is easy to over do any treatment and end up hurting your plants more in the end. My recommendations are; first try to relax on it a little bit, then continue to space out your watering to make sure the soil gets thoroughly dry between waterings. Keep the yellow sticky paper around and try to see if the number of gnats on the paper increases or decreases over a short time frame. If the problem continues to get worse then you can try to use and H202 solution with a watering. I have done this before and it helped get rid of the gnats but I think it shocked the root system temporarily. I have found making sure not to over water is the best method for keeping these annoying gnats at bay. Good luck.

Haven't posted update for a while.

Got 2 clones off of this plant. Been maybe a week and one rooted while other one didn't, Also when should I plant the clone is soil? I see maybe 3 roots sticking/coming out.

My temperatures have been fluctuating a a lot and I really can't figure out how to set it up. So basically my exhaust is on timer on/off every 15 minutes throughout the 24hr period. Then I have a heater inside the room with day/night temp controller which is on timer and that timer turns on 15min after lights are off and turns off 15 min before lights are on so I don't put much load on line and trip it.

How can I rearrange this setup so I can keep the temps stable?

Honestly there is nothing wrong with that but if you would like to stabilize it farther you could supplement heat on a timer (sounds counter productive) and run your fan constantly or as needed

That's fine. They'll just turn purple.

My temps in the morning are about the same, winter nights are cold as balls up here. My girls just get purple leaves, hasn't really hurt them yet.

Thanks for the advice guys, I did mess around and got it fixed. Temps are right on the dot now, 65-66 off and 75-77on.
Basically I took the day-night cool/heat temperature controller off the timer which was connected to the heater inside and moved it outside on the inline fan, set that to cooling and day temps at 75, night temps at 65. And I had a hydrofarm heating mat temperature controller laying around and used that inside on the timer and set the temperature at 68 which is the lowest it will go then connected the heater to it, comes on at night and keeps the temps at 68 but the controller on the inline fan is set at 75 night which keeps the inline fan running most of the night to lower the temps, which helps with smell and circulation. I did think about using the hyrdofarm heating mat controller before but thought maybe the setting will reset if its turned off and on but it seems to keep the settings.

If this all makes sense lol

Appreciate that, got two plants in flower and one white widow in veg, and two clones rooted and planted in soil. I only need one clone but went and did few just in case I fail but they all rooted.
