Oscillating fan on the plants, one fan pulling air out of the top. Cut vents in bottom, opposite exhaust fan, to let in cool air. A 250 W HPS will work very well in your grow space, make sure you keep it close enough to the plant tops to get good light, but not so close you burn them. Put back of hand under light, move up close to light until you feel it burning your hand, a couple inches below that is where you want the top of the plants.

HPS is the best overall light you can use, Metal Halide is a bit better for vegging plants, but HPS has better overall penetration and is the best for flowering. It is also the most efficient, you get the most Lumens vs any other available light method.

Fans; the oscillating fan you can get at any hardware/home improvement/superstore. the other 2 fans I call them muffin fans can be gotten at hardware/internet/computer places, they are normally used to cool computers and such, you need a power supply for them as most won't plug into wall outlet.

just remember to calculate 50 watts per square foot of grow space. I am hearing lately that hps are good to veg with too. I may try that in the future:weed:
