EVERYONE is in support of this bill.

I was reading some of the comments and everyone is in support of this.

I don't see how it couldn't pass.

California will lead the way.

I highly doubt the feds have the resources to stop it.....

If it's ok to grow, why would people buy it at such a high price?
sounds like the deflation of cannabis in cali, that is now sin taxed..

I think that article says something about selling it at $50 an oz! That or I read that from somewhere else talking about this legislation. Sounds pretty fuckin' cheap to me!

You're right though, I'd definitely grow it. But even legalization of growing cannabis, there would be so much equipment sold it would boost Cali's economy if even just by a little...

Not everyone would grow, I know a ton of people who would just buy it, I think selling to California residents would also have an impact on the economy...

I'd still grow too, but wouldn't it be nice to not have that fear in the back of your mind?

I'd like to be able to relax in my own back yard in the summer time and smoke bongs without worrying about neighbors and cops, blah, blah.........blah.

If I could grow 3 or 4 plants each summer in my yard, that would be more than plenty for me. I wouldn't need all these lights and shit cluttering up my closets.

If California does this the war on MJ is over. It will just be a war of attrition and we will have won a huge victory. Like a Gettysburg type victory. Then the responsibility will fall on us to not act a' fool in public and scare the straits. And in 2-5 years I am confident we will be able to declare total victory on this front.

This bill was introduced Monday Feb 23rd. This bill would tax and regulate marijuana. Only persons of 21 years of age or older would have access to marijuana. This bill DOES NOT have any bearing on the medical marijuana patients. This bill will not allow you to grow at home! This bill will put the black market out of business and legitimize the entire operation. You will need to purchase a business permit to work with marijuana. I forgot how much the permit cost but its very affordable.... i think its under a hundred bucks.

NO DEA RAIDS WILL HAPPEN FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENTS, DOCTORS, CAREGIVERS, OR ANYTHING ELSE PERTAINING TO THE MEDICAL USAGE OF MARIJUANA AS LONG AS ITS LEGALIZED IN THAT PARTICULAR STATE!!!!

I wonder if companies would drug test their employees for ganja if it were legal?

I think I might move to Cali once I join the Air Force. If it were legal than it would be like drinking booze and I don't believe the gov't should be able to get people in trouble for it.

Right?
