What temp are those cfl's? they look like the wrong colour. If it was me, I would try to strech the plant a little cause it looks really short.. but healthy.

There a mix of cool whites and warms. The reason they look like that in the picture is because i had the lights on and i had to set my camera up to get the flare out.
There is 6 X42w, 6 X26w, and 4 x23w
And i moved the lights up, I have 8 plants and i was giving the others time to catch up by LST and keeping the light close on the two in the picture there my best ones. The other ones started a week or two after these ones.

Cool, yeah thats all I see with em. Maybe one of the other guys can help more. But I would go with all 6500k cfl's for now till you start to flower.

I like the looks of your reflector, I have to build one for my self soon.

dude grow with both spectrums, 6500k and 2700k...keep the lighs as close to the plant as possible..hold your hand under the light, if its not burning your hand its not going to burn your babbies. I keep my cfl's within an inch or 2 MAX. Just make sure you have good air circulation and temps no higher than the high 80's.

other than that your setup and plant looks great....the point to indoor growing is keeping the plant as short and bushy as possible, so get that light close
