There where 4 pheasant hens out by the grow. At least one of them tried to land in one of my plants and broke the plant so it laid down broke all the limbs at the base of the plant. could have been the chickens but I don't think so. No dear problems the Dogs keep them away. Oh and chicken's can rip the shit out of plants. The soil around here is mostly sand.
Oh great LOL, My field is loaded with pheasants and quail, they sit on my back fence and I shot one out my kitchen window once. Never did that again, seemed to funnel the sound right back thru the window. Jesus christ about blew my ear drums out
Well I hope you dont mind I pick your brain now and then. So for security. Right now I have 4 golden retrievers, are dogs attracked to these too chew on? I imagine playing in them would be catatrophic. My neighbors have a ton of chickens but they never come over because of the dogs and if i plant outside I dont think the pheasants would bother them because if I put em close to the side of the house the dog kennel is right by it. I got a 6 ft privacy fence between the house and the garage so it should stop the view from the road if someone pulls in the drive. I'm just worried what if these get over 6 ft tall. I have decide to put a few of each outside just to try them.
The soil is sandy being down here on the river. I'm surround by vineyards so soil is good. Almost gets like powder.
Well good news my seeds showed up today. Shipped on the 28th from attitude, so 10 business days are not bad.
So should I drop these in a shot glass for a soak till they just root and then put them in the rock wool or do the paper towel bit?
I'm also thinking of starting a first grow thread and keep the camera fired up. What do you think. Put it in the hydro/aero section? Get out of this one then?
