After smoking multiple times everyday for a few months straight, my memory was non-existent. Most events that happened would be forgotten within the hour, unless it was something I was deeply concentrating on, but even then, once I start doing something else, I may completely forget about what I was previously doing. Shorter temper and less awareness. Feeling tired all the time which gives me a lack of motivation.
Smoking everyday will also disturb your hormones, leading to decreased testosterone, which in turn can lead to psychological problems, albeit that goes away when you stop smoking.
What about you? How do you know when it's time lay off for a bit or decrease the amount you smoke? I'm on Day 2 lol and the short-term memory is already noticeably better.
