Who is your worst enemy?

Mine is myself...when it comes to substance abuse!
Maybe its time you made friends with your enemy and did something about it, life is far to short to abuse your body you only get one and when its knackered its knackered!

Fast food...gotta get away from it but its so convenient
This is a tough one for me too, but not my worst enemy. I guess at my age, time is not my friend, more like an aquaintance whose relationship with you has soured and who you merely tolerate...... Christ, now I have to schedule an hour with the therapist. Thanks Shaz :)

My Lack of self-control... Spending time here instead of doing my writing, watching TV when I should be cleaning, eating chocolate when it should be an apple...etc..

And above all else-- Kinddeisel said it... SPIDER MITES!
This is the time of year they rear-up en-mass here due to the tilling and chemical spraying on all the farms nearby-- they flock HERE to escape... but I am armed and ready- and already doing battle... I WILL WIN THIS WAR!!

For me it is alcohol. If I only drink once in a while and only do it at home, no problems. My issue with it is that I can go into a night with the best of intentions, planning on only consuming a small amount, but once I get a little in me I can't seem to stop. This causes problems when drinking at the bar. It's not that I get too drunk and have no control over myself, but rather the fact that I'll have to drive home sometime. I'm winning the battle though, against this foe. Haven't drank anything while outside from my house in 17 years.

Some of us lazy-butts with little patience only see whatever is on the "new threads" when we check in... never saw the other one!
