What is a reliable RO filter? I see a million of them on Ebay, but the prices vary so much, I'm sure some are quality and some are junk... Can anyone reccommend a good one

+REP For all the info. ThanksPeace - OGH
I checked it out and I wasn't too impressed with the specs for the cost compared to other models.i like my stealthRO 100 gpd
waste 25% less than other RO systems
I'm taking a huge guess here but I think u asked where to get a RO filter and how they work. Get one on EBAY, they work by hooking up to your homes water supply and cleaning that water. If u are talking about something else, sorry u threw a lot of jibberish in there....hew guys do yall know where yall could get it cuse i want one and how does it really work cuse iam lost
I'm learning about these so my arguement may be irrevelant, I just want to get the most bang for my buck in the long run. LB your machine gets out between 95- 98% of toxins, etc..., I found a portable Aquarium RO filter that claims 99.9% (0ppm) u think that will make a difference?$180 shipped....i cant find no better deal especially with the features of this machine...not to mention the 25% less waste water
like i said....other models cost less.... but then again...they also waste more water.
you pick
The only reason I didn't think u would be is because the company only claims 98%, most places I see claiming that also claim about 15ppm... The aquarium ones seem to have the best rating, but if u are getting 0ppm I'm not going to go by that anymore...lol.... im getting 000ppm from my 'treated' water....
Right here...HYDRO-LOGIC STEALTH 100 GPD RO SYSTEM FREE SHIPPING - eBay (item 130116863342 end time Jun-15-08 11:20:23 PDT)hey where can i get one of those ...lol...
well im not sure....it could be the fact that i have low ppm inlet/input water? The only reason I didn't think u would be is because the company only claims 98%, most places I see claiming that also claim about 15ppm... The aquarium ones seem to have the best rating, but if u are getting 0ppm I'm not going to go by that anymore...
How long have u had it? What is the efficiency of the filters, does it take standars replacements? It sounds like u have a good system to me.
Thanks for all the info REPwell im not sure....it could be the fact that i have low ppm inlet/input water?
i havent had the unit for too long.... a little over 2 months? im not sure about filters and such. im pretty sure it takes standard replacements....if not ill gladly pay for special filters!
