I like the original gsc and crosses of that such as cherry cookies and platinum gsc....but these other strains under the cookie umbrella such as Gary Peyton haven't really been impressive smokes to me.

Then ppl tell me it's about flavors.....but I've had WAY better flavors from strains NOT under the cookie umbrella...

Then ppl say it's about potency....and I find MOST strains under their umbrella to have mediocre potency

Then ppl say it's about the entourage effects......but if it's lacking in flavor and potency, it's lacking in entourage as well lol.

People just love cookies for no damn reason other than they haven't experienced good non-hype strains.

I had strains in 2006 that taste better and are more potent than 2022 cookies lineup lol

Sorry but if it isn't gsc or platinum gsc or cherry cookies.....I don't want no damn cookies

Now this company should be the first ones out there testing all their stock for HpLVd, and they should base their marketing on that like Dark Heart has chosen to do. I blame Dark Heart to some extent for creating the conditions for the HpLVd pandemic by spreading it far and wide and infecting many priceless old collections in CA and beyond, but you have to give them props for leading the charge against it-they have more than made up for it in my book. The problem is, the other industrial clone sellers aren't following suit-they don't believe HpLVd curtails their profits because their infected clones "look" healthy and if someone flowers that clone and doesn't keep it as a mother-it will most likely look and flower normal due to a relatively low viroid load, and the grower will never even know HpLVd made an appearance in their garden. The danger lies only if you keep an infected clone as a mother plant-that's when the viroid has time to stack inside the plant until it looks abnormal. I suggest any who cares about this pandemic actually contacts their favorite breeders/clone sellers and ask them if their stock is tested and what hygiene procedures they have in place to prevent the spread of this scourge. Let them know that it's a big deal to you because only a threat to their $$$ will motivate these companies to change. I only mention this here because of the 2 positive Cereal Milk clones that recently popped up in my little circle. A little knowledge will save you a ton of grief!

Cherry Cookies was a strain created and found by Purple Caper Family.

And not surprise surprise " The Cookie Family " sorry Big fat lying Bern !

Also it's a Pheno type that was found by Relentless and can be found from his Fire Cookies seed stock which in my opinion is far and away better then the FGSC x Cherry Kush seeds from PCF.

Maybe 1 of every 10 big names breeders isn't on some kind of bullshit. People love to pile on Bern and Masonic (and sometimes rightly so) while giving passes to bigger pieces of shit for whatever reason lol. Bern was really making moves and transitioned to marketing legal weed. He should be celebrated like chem in my opinion. They have both came up with bullshit to sell but chem is foundational just like cookies is now. Like it or hate it if cookies was just hype the market would have moved in a different direction by now.
