The Collapse Thread; Post Evidence That 'The End Is Nigh'

I was going to school to learn aircraft mechanics when that happened. An FAA repairman's directive ordered complete teardown and inspection of any engine exposed to ash. Stuff was highly acidic and corrosive. JD

help please my leaves are changing coulour

Overfeeding is the primary issue. Cut nutes in half and the K issue will resolve. I wouldn't flush. Then later...slowly increase nutes if needed. JD

What strain offers a tingle body buzz

Aviatorshades, You said way back in the day. Well shit man...that's different for everyone. For me...it's the late 60s and 70s. What you're describing sounds more like a trippy sort of sativa stone. A good Panama Red or Columbian was like that. That stroboscobic effect...frame-by-frame as...

    Nitrogen or magnesium def?

Add in the Ca only if you need it. Soil plus water should have plenty unless you're using RO water. I'd add in 1/2" tsp/gal Epsom salts and once resolved...continue at 1/4 tsp.... that's what I'd do. JD

Did I harvest too soon Pics

There was a kid real recently who let his hybrid plant go 12 weeks waiting for the correct trichome ratios. Point is,, like Tcat says here, is to use everything to tell. Mot just any one thing. WW is a potent strain but you don't have the original. Could be genetics, but more likely your...

Rasol Highland Landrace - Taming The Himalayan Beast

Useful info Al. Everything seems to take longer with these sats...but I'm practicing my patience. One of my new seedlings is way taller then the others. Keeping my eye on that one...lol. JD

Mills Nutes ph 5.8-6.2? Why so low?

If anything, you could go up a bit...to enhance P absorption. But only to 6.5. Otherwise I saw leave well enough alone. JD

Rasol Highland Landrace - Taming The Himalayan Beast

Hi Al, Yes it does look healthy. Finally I got some stretch out of it but still it's quite short. I only have 1 Malawi pheno so I can't compare. Others that have grown this out say I was just being impatient. But even with the stretch (maybe only 30%( it's still a nice sized bush. I pulled...

Mills Nutes ph 5.8-6.2? Why so low?

No worries Ldizzle. It may be coco specific nutrients. You can use most any nutrient to feed coco or soil. Even hydro nutrients...but not necessarily the other way around. What will you be growing in? JD

Mills Nutes ph 5.8-6.2? Why so low?

Was that in the directions for a specific medium? That's the usual coco ph range. Soil is a little higher...maybe 6.5... JD

Possible potassium def. Need help diagnosing

OK Herbs...got your point.. You are correct...81 isn't excessive. I also learned that through experience. It's the top leaves that seem to be hit the worst. JD

Possible potassium def. Need help diagnosing

Actually high temps can cause nutrient burn to be worse by increasing transpiration...thus pulling more (excess) nutes up to the leaves. JD

    Who’s growing Sativas?

Logan, Truthfully, I didn't even know there was a Silver haze. But all of them are worked lines that do well indoors. I would add that you might consider mainlining as a means of controlling height. I did it with all my sativas...on my current run. Some take to it better but my Kali Mists...

    Who’s growing Sativas?

Hi Logan, I was considering SSH. A clerk told me it was now called Amnesia haze. Not sure if that's true. I'm a fan of Mr Nice seeds and they have it. Won't be as long flowering since it's a hybrid...but sativa for sure. Good luck... JD

How long does a female plant stay fertile?

shack, You have to have 5 or 6 weeks (strain related) for the seeds to mature. Give it a try though...some seeds may mature earlier. JD

    Anything Wrong with Plants??

Sorry I didn't get back to you on nutes. Sounds like you know what the spots are from. Heard that can happen...just never saw it. I do coco/hydro and am using GH Maxi line. Not really a soil nutrient. The people that have started growing with Greenleaf Mega Crop nutes...speak highly of...

    Who’s growing Sativas?

Hi Dude...I'm a first time Kali Mist grower and love the way they grow. When I mainlined one of them...it took on that harizontal gracefulness like an African Acacia tree. I had to chop a branch on one and it had some good buddage plus I had some cbd trim around. So I whipped up a small batch...

    Anything Wrong with Plants??

Hi TV, My initial thought is that the spots are fairly uniform. Insect damage is more erratic...so I don't think it's insects. Could be very early Ca deficiency. Tell us more about the grow. Anything that's at all Ca related...especially water source and nutrients. JD

Do fresh cut clones always wilt over to the side on you guys?

Jamie...no, not too late. The leaves transpire and lose water. If you reduce leaf area a bit...it will help. But wait a bit to see if what you did is enough. JD
