    Spotted my first AMBER trichome!

I "highly" doubt he was serious lol. Pacman123 harvest your plants when you have a 50/50 of cloudy trichs, and clear trichs, thats when it should be at her peak THC production.

    How to use H2O2 ?'s

It actually breaks down to H2O...the extra O2 atom is unstable so it jumps "ship" a quickly as it can oxidize something such as bacteria, mold, rot, ect. ect. This oxygen atom is extremely reactive and will attach itself to either another O- atom forming a stable Oxygen molecule or attack a...

    signs for harvest?

Hair color is different from strain to strain...for example White Widow is harvested with hairs just starting to turn auburn (approx. 60 days), and others are ready when the hairs are dirt brown...hairs aren't a good indicator unless you have intimate information with growing that strain, and...

Deer Hunters Discover Large Marijuana-Growing Operation

Wow what a shame...but its funny how it took deer hunters to stumble onto this...everywhere except Utah seems to have airplanes, and helicopters that look for outdoor crops.

    Curing Question---?

We covered this one already :) He harvested 2 days after HEAVY rain storms. So the flush was good. Yummy looking Herer, I grabbed a few O a while back, best investment I've made in a while lol. Too bad its not too often to find it around here...probably one of the strains I will start to...

    Curing Question---?

10-14 days will be a good cure for you. It does "bring" them out. They are already there  Curing the buds draws moisture from the center of the buds. Removing of the moisture changes the THC from an acidic non psychoactive form to a neutral psychoactive for which gets us bbblllaaazzzeeeddd!!

    trimming/dryingg

Its all preference. I personally like my buds removed of all leaves, but some like to make them aestheticly pleasing by just trimming the sugar leaves to the edge of the colas so that more resin is kept. All to what you prefer to smoke...perhaps try trimming sugar leaves to the edge for some of...

    spider mites at harvest

Ahhh the "discovery channel" in all its glory. I love letting predator bugs loose on the bugs going after my plants. I find it to be the easiest, and lest stressful to the plants. I grow a lot of legal plants so I have them in my house all the time, and the ones with the least stress always do...

    trimming/dryingg

Manicure now. Remove the branches from the stalk. It will take for ever to dry your buds because theye is so much water held in the stalk so they will still get enough to hold up the drying process atleast 3 days. Ive cut the branches off the stalk to an inch below the first of the buds, then...

Bugs in a ready to harvest plant! :(

Im guessing he means drizzle water over the buds to "wash" away the thrips...then cut the stalk. Dunno about this, not a fan of extra watery buds...more chance for bud mold to occur...and you though thrips were bad!

    Fan Leaves

The best buds I've smoked are kinds, and they had all the leaves trimmed off including the "sugar leaves". The way I learned takes a few days longer, but works great is... remove the fan leaves, hang buds for a day or 2 as you would dry them, then go back, and snip all the leaves from the buds...

is potency affected? harvest what time of day? does it matter?

BTW checking the pistls isn't that accurate, due to many vets harvesting WW whith plenty of white pistles still...the colour will vary from strain to strain. tckfui is correct. Let the plants get as many hours of darkness as possible prior to sun rise, this will make sure all or almost all of...

    when to harvest them...

Green, green-yellow, tan are immature seeds. Brown, black, dirt colour are mature seeds. Going by colour is just to get a good idea...to be sure, put moderate pressure upon the seed between your thumb, and index finger, if in mushs, splits, breaks, then its immature, if its hard then it should...
