Difficult to say but my Son-t Pia plus gives off next to no heat- i kind of wished it would as my temps are freezing outside. To give you an idea its -3 outside and on top of my HPS ive had to add a small heater to my tent ( which sits in garage) in order to get the temp above 12 degrees C. I...

No inlet fan or exhaust ? personally i dont think you need a dehumidifier to start of with in veg- i didnt but then again i do have inlet and outlet fans, the rest looks fine, checking on plants in light cycle is fine also but i wouldnt go checking in dark or any light might end up stressing em out.
