true i agree with riddleme it took o 1 month to get them to this stage so re veging would save you time..............

i would put it down to the growing enviroment lights etc...... more darkness makes them mature quicker which would not be great with yours as you have small flowers in turn a shit yield.................

start by flushing with water for 2 days then drop ec levels to minimum levels.i use cubes 1 inch to start them off using just water, once they are walking then in the 3inch they go still using water untill they are walking again. then start nutes starting low building up as they get used to it...

yes 7.4 is too high...ph varies depending on media but yes ph is important you need it in the correct range so the ladys can intake the whole spectrum of nutes... i hope this helps

when u had them indoors they were probably subject to more light time. let them do their thing.
