If you haven't shown any real signs of flower, I say you're good to transplant. Better to have the room for the roots later on. Maximize space, maximize yeild. Even so, I think you can move to a bigger pot a week or 2 into preflower. But there will be a bit of lag for the growth to catch up...

That's just my led, but i believe it's supposed to have a little bit of color later in in flowering. I have it in 70% Ocean Forest and 30% perlite. and I'm using the Fox Farm trio for my nutes. I can already tell the Cherry Bomb is loving it. First run in my new setup so i'm hoping for the best!
