    Time to Defoliate?

The Orange Cookies (left plant) is not putting on as much weight as the Wedding Cake. I went to the bottom of the canopy and pruned some sucker branches off of it to further push those nutrients up to the tops and maybe catch up some to the WC in yield. Things have been moving slow due to a...

    Time to Defoliate?

Update: I have left the plant alone as others have advised and they look like this now, lol they got pretty damn big. Had to hang my lights from the ceiling they got so tall. 97 days from seed.

    Time to Defoliate?

Thanks for the info friends, I'll move my fans. I usually have one towards the bottom facing away from the buckets, and same for the top, but things have been moved around a ton and didn't realize that direct airflow could be bad. Next grow I'll go easier on the defoliation. I'll keep posting...

    Time to Defoliate?

You're 100% right. I did have wasted veg time, but this was not intentional. I had my lights set wrong for the first month and a half of its life without knowing. And the reasoning behind lollipopping for my particular setup, is poor lighting, and the fact I am manifolding. I'm aiming to divert...

    Time to Defoliate?

Here's an update for everyone. I did do a defoliation right before the flip. I pruned, lollipopped, and removed unnecessary fans. But the stretch was nuts! The stretch has basically just now finished and we are getting bud production now. We are now 3.5 weeks into flowering. I feel they may have...

    Time to Defoliate?

Thanks fellas, I'll take out one more level of fans underneath and leave the top growth. I'll take out any fans that get in the way of the colas throughout the rest of flowering, if they can't be bent out of the way. Today will be my last major defoliation, and then I get to just watch the girls...

    Time to Defoliate?

Hello, I am 2.5 weeks into flowering and my plants are pretty bushy. I was wondering if now is an appropriate time to defoliate the largest fan leaves off of them? Or should I wait a little longer for the start of week 3? Here they are:

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Week 11 now, 2.5 weeks into flower. Should I go ahead and defoliate? These are both 9 week flowering plants. I don't want to chop anything too late so I want an opinion or two on what to do to get these tops flowering. A lot of these fan leaves are larger than my hand, and I feel they may be...

Can I manifold clones in 1 gallon pots?

Very very cool. Manifolding is my favorite way to top and train my plants, glad to see you had some success!

Can I manifold clones in 1 gallon pots?

I want to start off by saying, I love your DIY cloner. Careful for algae growth! But I haven't seen manifolded clones before. Mainly because I've never researched it. I looked on a site I frequent for tips on training my plants and found this on manifolding clones with the nugbuckets method...

    BUY A CLOUDLAB TENT!

Yeah technically they all are, however the AC Infinity one is like a cloth like material that's supposed to be extra durable. Regular prefilters could potentially fall apart over time if washed too much, or if too rough in your machine.

    BUY A CLOUDLAB TENT!

I love AC Infinity's products. I am currently using one of their 6 inch inline fans in my setup. Been thinking of buying one of their carbon filters too, I like the washable prefilter they have included with them.

First week of flower, week 10! My nutrients per gallon are now as follows: CaliMag 2.5 mL, Floragro 5 mL, Florabloom 5 mL, Floramicro 5 mL. The lights are at their maximum height and due to them being LEDs the chance of burning my flower is high. I am tying down branches as I go to keep the tops...

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Last week of veg, week nine. Lots happened this week. Heavy defoliation/pruning, nutrient change, light flip, new grow space, and an experiment with Kyle Kushman's chiropractic technique. The training techs used should hopefully increase the quality of my final product. I cleared out all the...

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Weeks seven and eight. During these weeks not much happens other than letting the ladies bush up. However, I did have to move my setup over to my Dad's tent due to attempting to sell my property. I will be growing indefinitely near my Father's tent until I get a dedicated space at a new piece of...

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Weeks five and six. This is where the LST portion of the training comes in play. Doing so should help my manifold to create a relatively even canopy. On day 40 to further form the manifold an additional topping was made. Topped at the third node on each side, and the second node was cleared...

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Weeks three and four. The veg time of this journal will be a little longer than necessary due to me accidentally having my light cycle set to sixteen hours on eight hours off up until the last two weeks before the flip lol. On the bright side my root system got real big for flowering. This is...

Orange Cookies x Nicole / Wedding Cake - Nebula Manifold

Hello, brand new to the site looking to post my current op. To start off I am growing in a 4x4 closet I converted to a grow space. I am running two "supposed" 1000W LED lights, I say "supposed" because these LEDs are more often than not advertised wrong. Either way they suit my needs well. I use...
