Thanks to all who responded to my post! Buddreams - as for light leak, my make shift grow room is in a closet that is in a spare bedroom that we don't use except for storage and the doors are always closed at night when the grow lights are off, no light what so ever can get to the plants...

I have been growing this GH Super Lemon Haze Plant (bought feminized) thats been growing for about 3 months on a 12hrs on / 12hrs off light schedule and it has not yet shown any sex yet, no balls and no buds on it at all but it does have a few white hairs on it and she/he/it's abought 3ft tall...
