how do i use these root shooters from advanced do i just cut and stick? do i need to water them first? how moist do i need to keep them?

what should the humidity and temp be inside my humidity dome to get the best results for rooting my clones

how much more can i expect these to grow vertically during the next 6 to 7 weeks of flower. do plants stop vertical growth eventually when they get farther along in flower.
