its four weeks old and has 5 sets of leafs, only one of of the sets is five point leafs. why isnt it bushy and further in the vegetative stage yet? should i give it more nutrients or something does this even mean anything or is it just not aht healthy

hey im bleeklino, i have one marijuana plant about 12 inches tall it has 4 sets of three point leafs and one set of 5 point leafs its really skinny and scrawny and its about 4 weeks old, is it unhealthy or not far enough in progress?
