Officially 3 weeks and 3 days into flower

Date: 6/5 –6:30pm
Flowering Day 24 –Total days 54

Room Conditions:
LIGHTS (400W HPS) ON 12/12 (9am to 9pm)

Temperature – 80.9F (86.5/70.5)
Humidity - 66% (72%/45%)
Room/Light vent running-
YES - 24/0
Small room fan
24/0 (on high, facing bottom of plants)

Water Conditions:
Reservoir Aeration running-ALWAYS
Temperature – 72.6F
PH –
6.0
PPM –
1700

Needed to add a full gallon to my 2 gallon reservoir
Girls were thirsty again today
Added 10ML FloraNova BLOOM to 2 gal water
Brought PH to 4.7

After Topping of Reservoir:
Temperature – 66.4F
PH –
5.4
PPM –
1270

Nutrient Solution:2 GAL.(early bloom mix)5-21
20.0ML Flora Nova BLOOM™
2.0ML Floralicious Plus™
1 tsp KoolBloom™

NOTES:
Temps in OP are steadily rising because it’s a lot hotter outside.
Nothing Dramatic though
Getting good at figuring how much to lower PH in water I’m adding
to get Reservoir to where I like it.
Changing nutes out again on Friday this week.
I know they say you should change the reservoir at least every two weeks
But so far I have opted to do it every week.
Hopefully I will remain as ambitious during the ScrOG
with all the extra work involved with training,
it will be nice to have the new system in place
where the reservoir will drop away from the growing deck for cleaning/changing
Currently I have to remove the girls to do this.
(I could change the fluids but not rinse out the tub)
Only took an Overall Photo today I will take more soon
(It makes them look like they are growing more
if I wait a few days between image posts lol.)
Hope everyone’s grow is doing well
And as always…

Thats a good question
They are all "hybrids" and if you remember, I'm not sure whats what or actually if they even sent me strains on the list.
You know some guy filling my order at the seed bank saying to himself...
"So he wants a variety eh?..lets toss in this new strain and see what he thinks"
Ya neva know.
The "Grenadine/Jessica" that I know what the strain is, has been looking very good too.
It suppose to taste like pomegranates? At least thats what the liquor is made from...
Mix some in with Cali Orange bud and smoke a fatty of that,
even rot gut 5Fingers will taste like a Tequila Sunrise...lol
She is going to have one massive cola once shes done.
Her height as of tonight was 24" (Emily is 27")
and she is getting thick in the middle already.
With around a month to go she has plenty of time to fatten up and frost over before her time.
Next time (fall) I will be certain of exactly what I am growing and with a little begging in the plant problems area
maybe some advice from the breeder that made the strain (and its parents) even? Should I have issues ;-)
Ya neva know
I keep thinking over the line in the bizbay Vortex description paragraph...
"with hundreds of budsites, perfect for ScrOG"
:joint:

Looking excellent mate. So jealous of your set up lol i cant wait until the day i have the ability to grow without worries and have various strains. Imagine how great it would be to have two separate grow ops one veg one flower. I think id attempt the "Harvest every two weeks" method and have various strains on the grow. Then have a cupboard full of jars of various exotic strains. *drools...*

20.0ML Flora Nova BLOOM™
2.0ML Floralicious Plus™
2 tsp KoolBloom™

1 tsp Epsom Salts

OK Pictures today
Everyone is happy looking and keep getting more overall dusty looking from Trichs
Was a little water gone from today but I am cleaning reservoir and changing fluids so I did not add or adjust anything.
Swapped places with No4 and Jess, in one of the images you can see she crept up to about 6 or so inches from the light
Altho she showed no stress from this, I don’t want to move the light away from the lower plants
So I moved her from the center spot and gave it to No4 who has a few branches that needed more light.
Everyone is losing some leaf tomorrow while out of the reservoir
Only yellowed leaves or leaves directly blocking promising bud sites will see the trimmer
Tonight I did a small experiment and that was to rub each plants leaves between my fingers and smell them
Everyone finally has a distinct smell and no two smell exactly alike, here’s the run down with heights
Sandi 17 inches – sour/skunky smell
Mona 20 inches – Diesel fuel is all I can think of that smells like that
No4 20.5 inches – skunky with a strong mint smell
Jess 25 inches – sweet and fruity (not very strong tho)
Emily 25.5 inches very sweet and piney
More tomorrow when they are out of the pool again.
Today in Toolage’s journal we were discussing roots and how to deal with them in a dwc.
So I included a shot of the roots from a plant (No4) being I thought of it while in there.
As you can see there are roots certainly, but not that awful many come out of this type of pot
And they don’t seem to tangle with each other.Sorry for odd image but had to use flash and it glared funny.
I also got myself a nice pair of trimming scissors
I took a shot of them as well. Albeit a blurry one.
Hope everyone’s grow is doing well
And as always…

Heh she is the [only] plant that I didn't fuck with at all, No LST hardly plucked a single leaf. Its the Grenadine strain and smells fruity ish.
I left her alone as I have several more seeds of that strain and wanted to see what it grown out normally would do.
I find that, this will be a good simple grow (all of that strain, 6 plants)
They will fit nicely in my space and seem to produce well without any fussing with LST etc.
I wanted to see what the height would be at maturity looking like she's slowing down on gaining height
and is standing at just 26 inches. Pretty much perfect for the space I have.

Damn I'm so bad at guessing what these girls smell like.
I do know they are all getting to have their own particular scent tho.

LOL i love how #5's name is 4. not sure if that was brought up before but i love it!
Yeah well... been moving them around some and all...
Sandi was No6 / Jess was No7 (they were the twins back in the beginning)
Emily was No2 and Mona was No5
No 4 was always No4 and 1 and 3 were boys.

Thanks everyone for the support and nice words.
