Are My Plants Alright?

So my plants are 20 days in and a few of them have started to have white speckles at the tip of the leaves and some other ones are greener on the inside of the leaf then get yellower as they get further out to the tip. I have done some research and im not sure what is wrong. Ive tried to lower the PH because it was a little high but it hasnt helped. Any ideas? The pictures are kind of hard to see but its all I have for now. Thank you for your answers in advance :)

My plants had that whiteness on the tips in the early stages, i think from heat stress but i don't really know the true cause, could be your problem too. Your plants should also be a hell of a lot bigger for 3 weeks in, maybe get some new soil?

KK so im using two 40 watt fluorescent lights along with a combo of Roots organic potting soil. We also used 12 endo/ecto mycorrhizae to help root stimulation which did get on the leaves a little bit. we put blood meal and some other boosters mixed in with the soil and have only used half strength fertilizer once on the watering schedule. We also have a heater and an inline exhaust fan. We do not have very much CO2 coming into the room

No nutes! You mixed in some to the soil already with that bonemeal etc. IDK why you felt the need to do that honestly. Half strength is waaay too high for a first feeding anyway. Give them a light flush with pH'd reverse osmosis water to leech that feeding out you did.

In other words, your plants are slowly cooking. They don't need that much food yet. I bet that is why they are so small for their age.

How close are the lights to the plants and what is the pH at right now? Like Uncron said, more we know the more we can help.

its like 'static' said, why the need for nutes so early on? it will only serve to harm the seedling.
id put my money on that being the prime issue.

Thanks for all of the help I think you guys are right. That was kinda what I was feeling but I wasn't sure. I got my information from a grow store and they must have mislead me or I must have just not understood their directions. I tried to follow what they said :( My light are 3-5 inches away from the plants. I will flush them first thing in the morning!!! The PH was around 7.8 when I checked it before I started to worry because i know that is way to high.

I think I got confused because I have been following the directions of the grow store and also following directions from a book I have and they gave me conflicting stories. It does make sense to have one or the other and not both.

Yeah I think he is using flouros. That's perfect for your lighting.

Forget what the books and the store are telling you Forum7. Do some reading in the FAQ's on this site and you will have a good foundation to work off of:

Books leave so much shit out, trust me..I have one of the best books on growing Cannabis out there (as far as I know) and it is missing and skips over sooooo much.
