I have two strains Jack herer and wedding cake. Tomorrow completes week 9 of flower. Do they look like they are ready or should I let them go longer. Any feedback is appreciated

Those buds don't look matured. I see them needing more time. Looks like your dry backs are killing your plants as they have bad necrosis. I would be careful letting those dead leaves die back into the buds. It could create rot.

How much more time would you say? And also what should I do about the dry backs?

Observe the weight of the pots when you water. Observe the weight when they dry back. Don't let them dry back completely bone dry. Defoliate all the dead necrosis areas and check back in a week. Stay on top you're close to harvest. Be patient be diligent. You got this.
Good luck @Ganggreen99

The cola shots aren’t the best quality but it looks like they have at least a month left. The leaves are showing some major issues. Have you stopped feeding them? If not, what are you feeding them?

They could go another 10-15 days, looks like you roasted the plants with fertilizer. Leaves are smoked on those I can foresee a harsh and unsavory smoke in your future.

Definitely. What other reason is there?
I am sorry for your loss.
Only the sugar leaves are dry the interior is still good to go. Also I agree it could be from under watering but I think nutrient burn has something to do with that as well.
