Bag seeds....

there's always something strangely sentimental about bag seed grows, but there's also nothing better than popping something sweet from a new haul. I passed on some pre 98 bubba cuts a few weeks ago and I'm spewing. I just don't have the pace here.

I'm waiting on warmer temps and these three autos to finish up so I can pop some Blimburn Chemdog #4 fems that came in a while ago. I've been burning holes in them with my laser eyes. I just have to get used to not being able to stagger a few plants in one tent now and I'll be good.

I was defoliating and found out I had a spider mite infestation. Not surprised, its been 90+ and humid in San Diego. I was ready with no pest strips. Cloroxed the tent too. The last pic is after defoliation and put into quarantine

Day 1 flower, the heat wave has set me back like a month. Im so over it, just gonna flower these so I can start with my Cali Connect BK Pre98s

About a week flower, filling in fast. Weather is perfect outside, tent is in the 80s, humidity in the 40s. Both 150w HPS and the HLG LED are now level. I kind of want the HPS a little lower than the LED for better penetration

Hoping the stretching stops in about 10 days, just defoliated all the lower popcorn buds and added the net

Im looking forward to growing these bag seeds out and get started on my Cali Connect seeds. Temps are back up in SD and along with it humidity and spider mites, again. Ill have to do another full 48hr shut down with no pest strips and hopefully get them under control till it cools down again.

Well I decided to hold on to my BK98s and started germing some Grape OGs. Wish I had the time to look for a male BK98 to cross with a Grape OG so Id rather try to keep my grow perpetual with females.

Ill need a whole new cloner and veg area and hoping to add a 2nd flower tent

Got another spider mite problem. Im pretty much over these bag seeds. Ill chop them in 3 weeks and get the flower tent ready for 2 of the 3 Grape OGs. Theyre fem so no need to sex, just hope I dont get a hermie
