Black buds with white hairs¿?¿? Socal!

couple years back about 08 in the socal area close to L.A my buddy came across a qp and i guess it was the only qp left of the strain in the area.. THE BUDS WERE BLACK WITH WHITE HAIRS AND CRYSTALS ALL OVER IT.. growing up in socal just like anybody in socal they grew up and came across smokin the dank often, when i had the nug in my hand looking at it id never seen anything like it or have ever found anything on the web about it if i still had that cellphone i would still have a picture of proof for you to see..... but hopefully someone from the area can help me out cuz only a few people got their hands on it and i guess only a pound just a single pound was all that surfaced... i was able to get to see 2grams of it and smoke 2bowls of it.. the smell wasnt anything close to the bag appeal or eye candy but the taste i cant put a name on it.. its almost like when u get ahold of proper og and after you hit it you know what it is but this didnt taste like any og or kush strains it was so distinct it would b in its own category and if i tried explaining the taste it would probley still be an understatement... i took 2 bong rips after the first bong rip about 2-3 seconds after exhale IT HITS YOU IN THE FACE it comes on strong you really feel through out ur body and it has such a strong quick affect on ur mental state of mind in just a few seconds it was crazy.. '' and the state of mind thing i mean like having a stressfull day heads running like crazy and then u hit this weed and it took u straight to cloud 9'' .. some of the people i have talked to about it told me it was probley laced with coke???? just becuz of how i described the white hairs and crystals and the buds where black so it stood out like no other... ive had some people tell me it must of just been a purple strain and they ended up gettin it black... which went in one ear and out the other just cuz ive smoke multiple purple strains ive seen alot of purple strains ive seen some dark purple buds but the shit i had was a clean black all the way to the stem no other color on the buds besides the white.. when i asked for the name of the strain my guy didnt have one he said they guy he got it from just called it BLACK.. so this is pretty much all the info i have on it and im open to reasonable replies or comments on what you guys think about it or know about it.. IM NOT MAKIN THIS SHIT UP its real but the only problem is when i came across i was pretty deeep in the streets moviin weight and i believe the only reason i came across was becuz i was so deep.. it didnt hit the medical clubs it wasnt mainstream no one was pushin the strain or advertising it and to be honest probley 98percent of the people n cali didnt even know it existed.. it was like a 1time thing which almost makes me believe it wasnt a strain from cali or anywhere close maybe not even from the states... and that strain never resurfaced again, tryed talkin to peeps at clubs and people thought i was bs em lol and some people ask me if it was even weed lol haaa..

who knows, sure it wasnt mold? or maybe bud dipped in hash oil n rolled in kief? sounds like an african strain as they are darker, idk past that. havent seen a black bud ever, grows green, dries green stays green imo

ya ima med grower i know for a fact it wasnt mold but the dipped in hash oil n rolled n kief is a first so ill research into that a little bit see if its possible or matches my experience with it.. but ya i guessed on african strain to but i couldnt find a single thing on the web about it which makes it a lil more odd but rare too lol so depending on what i get out of this thread i might come up with an answer if its an actual strain and grows how i seen it or if someone did somethings like the dip n hash roll n kief type thing. but thanks for stopping bye n being first comment.. imma go check the mail waitin on my roor from edit been 2weeks already..

well i checked out the dipped n hash and rolled in kief and looked at alot of photos of all sorts of strains that had been dipped and i didnt find anything that looked close to what i had.. but i did see a darker bud that was dipped and looked way darker and i got the idea if you took a dark purple bud and dipped it you might come close to the black i had but my nug i had was fuckin prime super clean proper trim and cure most beautiful nug ive seen and there wasnt that dipped stain oil cover on the bud that i seen in the pics so imma have to rule that out....

i know someone on here has to know something about it.. lets go westcoast bump bump
