Come take a journey with me while I breed my Potion D Amour.
Potion D Amour is Forbidden Fruit x Kush Cleaner. The green pheno's have all the flavor of the Forbidden Fruit with the punch of the Kush Cleaner. Unfortunately, only about 10% are green and the others go purple. The purples ones taste incredible like FF but also have the potency of Forbidden Fruit.
This outdoor season I planted 1000 Potion D Amour seeds. The past week most the plants have been starting to show their sex.
The first step I take is selecting males from their structure. I took 3 cuttings from all the males that stood out to me and labeled them 1-66. I still have a few more trays to go but should have around 100 in total when done.
When the clones are rooted I'll take one clone of each male. Veg for 10 days then flower and start reversing the males into females.
Reversing the male plants into female cuts out most the guessing work in breeding. I can pinpoint the exact terp profile, color, and cannabanoids that I'm looking for in a male plant.
The goal of this project is to lock down the green genotype of the Potion D Amour into seed form. I hope by F3 i should have this accomplished. If all goes well should be done with it in 4 years
