so i saw a bee in my ghouse and saw spraying the shit outta it with a spray bottle and it fell almost on me so i jumped back and ended up throwing the spray bottle by reaction and bashed a stem holding a huge nug. I tied it up but is it even going to be able to grow any more or should I just cut it off?

No dont chop it! When i clumsily break stems i get some masking/insulation tape and wrap it around the broken stem a few times. It gets the stem to support itself somewhat while holding it upright and the stem fills out and usually becomes thicker where the break was.
Funnily enough, i snapped a stem two weeks ago. I put insulating tape around it, took it off a week later (very careful procedure) and viola!
Here, i took a pic for you :D

The white streak in the middle is just from the light on my phone. Amazing the way they recover.

I have had a few broken branches. I would try to tie it up with wire wraps (for bread) or longer garden wiring. Prop up and support your bud and make sure the crack lines up naturally. Give it a week and see if it holds. You can add a straw cut vertically around it, or wrap it in wet paper towels too for a while. Maybe soaked in Super Thrive nutes.

I dropped a cooling fan on a clone only 5" tall, wrapped it with masking tape (though florist's tape is actually better) and propped it w/ a stick. Was just fine in a day or two...
