Our district still has a pretty well equipped auto shop. My wife is friendly with the teacher and has had her car worked on there.
The really cool stuff is in the robotics club shop though, they do a bunch of fabrication and have some pretty high end metal working equipment.
No truck driving classes at the high school but there is a nearby CDL school that some of the transport companies will pay new drivers to attend.

There are plenty of roofing nails and spike strips ain't hard to make. Flat tires are the problem with truck protests, so is eventually getting your truck burned with 12 flats.

Told you guys like a week ago, coulda nipped this thing in the bud with a handful of nails. Now it's this whole weird ordeal.

Call it a hunch, but something tells me most of those trucks are running thin old bald tires. Because that's what assholes do in the winter in places where it snows.

The government is waiting for the public to turn on them and they have, once a reasonable period of time has passed they will start towing and impounding trucks. They are being financed and it's the only reason they can afford to stay there, I understand their crowd funding is suspended and being held now, pending an investigation.

This could have been an experiment for something larger in America, they want to ride on top off and claim credit for changing public health policy. Crowd funding could keep these assholes in Washington or state capitols for weeks or months, especially with large anonymous donors.

With close to 90% of the eligible population vaccinated, you can imagine what Canadians think about the antivaxxer and antimask convoy! The fact that it's funding is questionable and they also seems to contain every Nazi and racist asshole in the country is not helping their cause either. Neither is pissing on national war monuments and graves.

BTW: I heard tonight that the vaccinated have a 97 times chance of avoiding death from covid, when compared to the unvaccinated.
