cutting leaves so light can penetrate the budding site???

It can stunt your plant. But if done correctly, you should take off some fan leaves(the large ones/a few of them) to get to your bud sites. Just dont take down the whole plants leaves if its a bush. People do it, But too many can stunt it or for to long. :peace: Goodluck

fimming is a topping method. not a pruning method. dont touch those fan leaves, riddleme is correct. its much more important the main and most effecient energy producers the fan leaves get light than the bud leaves.

HPS penetration is so much beter than cfl. Some times you need too trim them. I know alot of people that do.
pic is under one cfl (65 watt) bud is in 5th week of flowering, no leaves ever cut and penetration is great, don't believe the myths

a good grow is the sum of all parts
