Does this look like nitrogen toxicity?

my 2 wk plant with nute container accidentally. Is this nitrogen toxicity the fertilizer used had high nitrogen additive.

If you turn on regular light you may get better responses. Hard to see shit with the led on.

Why r u giving nuts to a 2 week old plant
Whats your soil type
U should flush your pot for 15 minz then wait another 10 minz and do again
Unless your nuts in the soil r slow release

Like I said used wrong water jug. I'm using fox farms light warrior seed starter. I was also told I can use this throughout the grow?

Could just be a little nute burn from feeding your plants so early. Hopefully with the switch back to the plain water, everything will go back to normal.
