Expected Growth?

So in a nut shell, this makes my fourth year growing. When I started out I was using soiless with bottled nutes and in the last year have converted to living soil. With the introduction of soil and compost matter also came the introduction of pests. Having been unprepared for this sad event, my garden got overrun, I lost some crops and have had struggling plants since.

I have since began remedying the problem with various beneficials and have been noticing quite the improvement and decrease in the pest population. With all that said, I feel like I have lost sight as to what the expected growth rate of my plants should be. I know it is a fairly vague question but what would you say I should expect for the amount of sets of leaves at 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks from sprouted seed? I count as of the day the seed peeps it's head outta the soil.

Again, I understand this is quite vague of an inquiry but if I can get a bit of sense as to whether or not my plants are progressing well would be great. I've never uploaded pics here before but I'll see if I can post pics of some of my current seedlings as an example.

Cheers

Your post is pretty vague leaving out lights used, other basic grow space info, how many plants you have grown out in 4 years, what your pest issue was and how plants died, bottled nutes and substrate used, but your plants look fine. I think you will find soil is very forgiving if you leave it alone. Seedlings can feel painstakingly slow at time especially strain dependant. I like to pop 10+ seeds minimum at a time, otherwise if i pop 1, 2 and they were all runts, i dont realize it until it been 3 or 4 weeks and i dont have well established plants and i dont have enough stock to compare to and determine whether or not a plant is subpar to its kin. You may be overwatering.
