Should I report to the Police? Happened between 4-5 am. Tracks and leaves and such lead directly towards my neighbors house. Boot prints everywhere on their lawn front and back. My copper wirings for the branches strewn all over by their yard too. There were HOTDOGS lined with UNKNOWN looking pills strewen around my yard. Maybe its for my dog. If my dog died it would have sent me over the edge but thankfully no one got hurt and I got to harvest ONLY 1 before they stole all my shit. After this this, I dont even know what to do or think or act on. Any great advice will be well appreciated. thanks from a first time grower. I really loved those plants.


P.S.

They dint leave anything. Harvested even my two just preflowering white russians as you can see on pic 3 and 4

If you're legal, then yes, call the cops. (for all the good It'll do) I hope you took pics of the trail of debris leading over to their house. Or, you could get some buddies together and kick their door in. If they do indeed have your dope, they ain't gonna call the cops.

While it sucks and they are batards, i can never feel truly sorry for folk in these situations. I don't leave my car unlocked or my valuables in the garden for a fairly good reason. Thieves exist, they are real, it pays to bear that in mind when leaving desirable items strewn about :)

A man should have a reasonable expectation that his neighbor will not invade his yard and steal anything!!! And his neighbor should have a realistic expectation that if he DOES steal, there will be retribution.

On paper, yes, he should, in real life, no, he shouldn't. I'm not condoning it but alas it's simply not the way the world works. It could be said that my neighbour should have a reasonable expectation that i am not a cannabis farmer, not the case. People are very diverse and you never know just who you have living next to you and unless you've lived net to em for a while, i'd never assume they were respectable honourable people.

My other though, if i were to run around and steal someones plant, you an be damned sure i'd run around the neighbours garden as well just to cast confusion and whatnot over the issue. Laying a false trail is not a new concept and they would have to be pretty dumb to steal their neighbours plants and leave evidence lying around like that, unless they know you're not legal.

dude im sorry man thats way way f!@#ed up, that makes me wanna go down there and help you fuck these dudes up. start training your dog man, train him to never eat anythin unless its from you and make him attack shit that comes on your property. thats one of the main things a mans best friend is for, protection

man!!!!! with such clear evidence that they were the one's who did it........MAN!!!! the joy of me just sitting in my THINKING chair ploting my revenge.....the list could go on and on, on the stuff i would do to people who i KNEW ripped my plants......I mean they are right next door to you.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or, you can call 911(not from your phone) and say you saw a man in a mask draging a blond hair women with duct tape on her mouth into his house!!!!!...or just say their house in on fire and watch ALL kinds of chaos start going down at their house

Obviously you are legal or you wouldn't be considering calling the police to begin with. Therefore, call them. It's felony theft, the same as if they were to steal any other item of value from your property. I know a med grower who did once, they arrested the kids but had to hold the plants for evidence.

yeah if your legal i say call them. it looks like you were only running a small op for personal use so dont worry. id either call them...or (if you're willing do this instead) fuck them up. seriously. knock on the door...wait till they open it...and BLAM right in the mouth...dont stop until they hit the floor then tell them you want your property back.

if they wont give it back then wait for your chance to steal something of equal/more value from them.

i dont support thievery but sometimes you gotta level the playing field. either that or destroy something of theirs of equal value...like slash all their tires and bust out all their windows, scrape paint off the car, etc. leave those cars looking like ratty pieces of shit.

you figure if you bust out all the windows, slash all the tires, and scrape the paint off the car that you're looking at almost $1K in repairs per car you damage. tires are a solid 400 for even the cheapest models...windows vary but can get expensive ive seen all replaced on a car for $400-500. so you're already at 8-900 dollars...the paint is just the icing on the cake.

granted many will tell you its illegal and you could go to jail, etc. but i figure sometimes you gotta mask up, make a plot and do it (obviously dont go to your house after or reveal your identity).

Thats what happened to a friend of mine. someone busted out all his windows, slashed his tires and scraped paint off all the sides of his car so what did he do? went back and did the same thing to two of their cars lol

you may not get reimbursed of your plants (the costs, etc) but at least you can have the satisfaction knowing that they had to pay for the stolen buds one way or another.

just saying...ppl rip people off because they dont think theres anything bad thats gonna happen to them in return. if you show them they can't fuck with you they wont. just my opinion though.

what happened here is why im hesitant about starting an outdoor grow of my own even though im MMJ legal. damn rippers.

damn im sorry for ur loss..woulden't happen to me though my pits are my alarm and i got a 12 gage shotty for these fucking pricks thinking there coming up...as long as there on the property fuck them!!..it is a good thing ur level headed cause i would have taken that shit to an extreme especially if theres a trail
