bring em down to 3" and keep an eye on em. You don't want too much stretchh just yet. Think about what it would be like if you had to stretch up to get oxygen, that's how she feels.
Don't be afraid to keep them lights close....I assume your using CFL's

Yeah currently using 3 CFL's , and just brought them down to more or less 3 inches. I can put my hand almost directly on the light and not really feel too much heat.

Your plants look good except for the stretch like others have said. Just watch how much you water and feed her and she will do good things for you

Put some more soil in the pot to cover some of the exposed stem, other than that it looks fine. don't be scared to put the lights cloer too, between 2-4 inches

yes put the lights closer but remember to move them further up whenever your plant grows! Put your other cfls on the side of the plant when it gets bigger

Thank you all for the advice i appreciate it all. So far i have moved the lights to about 3 inches away from the plant added a little soil around the stem. And a question about watering i hear if u stick the point of your index finger in the soil and it comes out clean that is when u water it. Is this correct?

That really depends on how deep you are going in the soil. I'd also be careful with that as it may squish some roots (not sure if that's possible, but I know dirt can be compressed so tight around a root that it will stop receiving air/oxygen

Most people on here have said to wait until your pot feels light, you should be able to tell by it's weight compared to when it is watered
