germination question. please help out

i wanted to know if you could germinate striaght from the soil and wat are the chances of it sprouting?? and how should i go about watering the soil till it sprouts. sorry for my lack of knowledge but i need help.

don't see why you would have a problem germinating from soil... mother natures been doing it for countless years. as far as watering just have the soil moist-spring water, or if your using tap let it sit out for a day so that chlorine and other municipal crap evaporates.

ok i planted a seed from some trinity purps that i just got a couple ounces of along with some master kush. out of the 2 ounces i only found one seed. it was from the purps and i really want the plant so is there anyway that it wont sprout at all? thats really all im worried about

well you say you already planted it so if it doesnt sprout in 4 or 5 days no worries just take it out wrap it in a paper towel make sure the towel is very wet and put the towel in a cup and put the cup in a dark place like a closet and it will germinate in 3 or 4 days
