Happy Frog or Ocean Forest????

Back again,
I am transplanting from containers with Miracle Gro Seed Starter Mix & perlite to a Fox Farm product.
Which is best?
How much perlite should be added?

Happy Frog has beneficial bacteria and humic acid in it and Ocean Forest has crab meal and kelp in it

I use happy frog for seedlings cuz it doesn't burn them but if you already have your plant started and it's about a foot tall I'd go for stright ocean forest with 25% perlite and you should be good on that soil till your next transplant(if you plan to make another one) and if you are use the same mixture.
