Has anyone tried the Lucas formula using Advanced Nutrients?? 8M-16B-0G??

Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through a bunch of threads on here about hydro nutrients and what strength is actually needed. Needless to say my eyes feel like they’re melting and I’m either not high enough or too high for this right now. I’ve been reading up on the Lucas formula and I know it uses GH as it’s nutes but surely it can be mimicked with any brand. Anyway I basically just wanted to know if anyone has tried it and what numbers they came up with. I have a few pages of scribbled numbers I’ve come up with but I’m quite good at second guessing myself, especially when I’ve been over thinking things. And do you guys believe that 100-100-200 NPK would be strong enough for a lady to thrive through veg and flower?? I can post my math and numbers I’ve gotten through the nutrient profile calculator. Which by the way I found through here somewhere and wish I could thank the guy who posted the link but can’t remember. It was pretty long ago, much closer to the begging of this rabbit hole I’ve found myself in haha. Thanks for any input

Do you know what your actual numbers were? And I’m using B52 as well so I included that in my calculation. Is that right do you know? Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it

Thanks for that I haven’t seen those yet. I’m using AN 3 part perfect ph base and unfortunately already bought it all before finding these threads or RIU in general. Really wish I knew this place existed two months ago haha. Anyway I think I worked it out to something around 8mlMicro 20mlBloom and 6ml B52 gives me around 140-82-247. If I’m doing it right anyway

no additives if want to strictly follow Lucas
So even in flower, no bud candy or big bud etc?? I’m not super concerned about being strictly one way or another. I’m just intrigued with the whole idea. Saving a bunch of money of nutrients is very appealing. Result wise, as far as quality of finished product, the whole idea is that higher is no better am I right?

GH Micro and Bloom are 5-0-1 and 0-5-4
AN PH Perfect Micro and Bloom are 2-0-0 and 1-3-4

Mixing at the same ratios as GH Lucas will give you 11% less N, 37% less P, and 5% less K.

Using 5ml Micro, 26ml Bloom would give you about the same N and P as Lucas formula (8/16), but your K will be about 50% more than Lucas. You're roughly going from a 1-2-2 to a 1-2-3. (Alternatively, 8ml Micro and 20.3ml Bloom would be 20% too little P and 20% too much K. This might be a better ratio depending on what you're into).

Not a big deal (this is close to my late flower formula), but there's no reason to run without the grow to try and achieve some ideal of spartan adequacy. Advanced Nutrients are very popular, and the only big complaint I hear about them is the cost. Lucas Formula is about doing more with less, but you already paid for more. Why not do more with more?

You should add the founder being a pedophile.
Their jungle juice (GH 3-part clone) is the only AN product that's not a ripoff.
