HESI HYDROPNIC STARTER KIT NUTRIENTS good/bad?

i have the hesi hydro starter kit and was wondering if anyone has used this, and if so should i follow the ml/L or change it up?

Use 1/4 the nutes they tell you at first, but don't make the mistake i made and give nutes to early in the seedlings life. (plants are doing fine now though ) Wait until the plants true leaves grow, be careful on watering as well. Just do plenty of reading online and or go to barnes and noble and pick up the growers bible or other cultivation books in the gardening section.
