If I live in Arizona, can I go to California and get my medical card?

If you can get a california id with a california address (i.e. use a friends address) you can qualify in California. But you will still have to apply for an Arizona card in Arizona. They aren't transferable

If you get one in california and come right back to az, do you have to register under the azdhs, what happens if you get stopped by a cop and you have the out of state card what would he do

If AZ doesnt recognize other states MMJ rec's or cards then the cop will probably arrest you. You can get a CA medical reccomendation without a CA ID but you have to have proof of residence. Also without a cali ID most dispensaries and what not wont let you in.
