I have been told that my outdoor plants will not show any signs of sex until at least late July early August. But I still look every day. So what I was wondering is this a Female pre flower? 
is this a preflower?

Yes, it is. Plants show preflowers when they are mature in veg.

Definatly a female, I see her beautiful white hairs! Make sure if you are growing outdoors, cover your plants with thick black trashbags to try to cut down on hermies, when the dark cycle is interrupted, this can make the plant turn into a hermaphrodite (having female and male parts) if this happens to a female plant try to trim off all male parts as soon as they are visible. Don't kill it if it turns hermi, just keep it away from complete 100% females, the pollen sacks with effect your remaining females and then you will have bud full of seeds!

These are not covered with anything.They are growing all natural. The only reason to cover them is to get them to show sex early. I have not done that.

Absolutlety do not cover them unless you want to encourage mold. I've seen this tried many times and the end result is dead plants.

I believe that! Some are covering a branch to preflower, but covering the whole plant don't make sense. It could induce mold, and overheat.

not true for outdoor plants. unless theres a street/porch light you dont need to worry about that. i dont think hes force flowering anyway, they showed sex on thier own.

The moonlight alone some nights here I can see them clearly. I have done grows in Industrial parks before and they turned out fine. They were very close to security lighting too.

Thanks everyone. I check my plants twice a day at least. Yes this is very exciting!
thats pretty interesting, of all my plants right now, the only four that showed any signs are females with pre flowers....hopefully its just the strain and more females will showVery Nice blue star. I live up north and I start looking for sex right about now. Usually males show first and they develop FAST. You want to make sure to check often (of course if you can). Good Luck!

you know I haven't seen any males yet either. I thought they show first and out grow the females.
