Is this from over water

Well I put it in the ground couple weeks prior it started doing really good actually growing like it should be and then we've had some serious heavy rain the last couple of days went to go check on it it was drooping like that if it was just over water from all the rain came back a couple days later to check on it again still looks like it's drooping like crazy like that the only thing I can say either it's just starting to die for some reason or it's just heavily heavily overwatered but now all the a lot of the leaves and stuff are starting to turn brown

Were you by a water sorce, like close to a lake or pond? If not why did you dig it up..?
If you were close to a water sorce , lake, pond, river .. theres a good chance your roots were sitting in water before the rain.. or someone came along and found them and poisoned them with something..

It looks underwatered
Rain is a poor way to judge
That's what I thought... Looks like too little water from the complete lack of turgidity in any of the soft tissues. But again, if there's some kind of root shock going on, that could be a part (big or small) of things.

Confused by that bucket picture...is that before you transplanted it outside, or did you pull it out of the ground?

You could have hose watered / bucket drenched that plant first to help it come around beforehand instead of adding to misery by uprooting it in its state.

Cannabis is pretty resilient but sometimes they just stunt and it is what it is. You will know within a 2 week window.
