fdd, i'm thinking that your stretch is due to being outdoors; did you start them out there? if not, how long were they indoors?

mine are getting 24 hours of light, and are super compact.

mine are under cfl's and doing great.

the thing with cfl's is they have to be adjustable, so you can keep them within three inches of the plant. if you can do that, you'll have excellent veg results with cfl's.

also, never use cfl's less than 23w.

the CFL's are 23w, they were touching the plants. they suck, imo. i have only opened the node spacing for the HUGE side branches that will be growing in. sometimes stretch is good.

she's got me by the throat but i love it. i'm that kind of a guy. i like a woman who can take charge.
