hey everyone. So today i got another light. right now i have a 13 watt CF light, a AgroSun Grow light thats 60 watts, and i just got a GE Plant Grow and Show light thats 50 watts... now, the GE light looks the same as the grow light, a spot light type. BUT, this ones tinted blue. now i KNOW for a fact that the grow light emits all day light spectrum, but im not sure about this new one. the exact model is 50R20/PL. my question is, doesnt the blue tint thing help the leaves grow?? i intend on getting more lamps, asap so i can just use all three lights, but until then i have one lamp on both plants. its working, but im not sure its working enough... i KNOW i need more lamps, my question is, which light bulb would be best? also, if it helps, im using a 40 watt max lamp on them.

also, my stems are extremely thin, any tips on how to make them stronger so my plaants wont bend as much? i have straws holding them riht now, but id rather find a way to make the stem stronger and thicker...

thanks!!!

i dont know about light but...
let a fan blow on stems, helps make them stronger
and, or build the soil up around the stem.

yup a fan will help your stems grow stronger but so will a good amount of flourescent lumens, you did state how many plants you have but in the FL world your gunna want about 2500 lumens per plant for the to grow to their full potential, go to home depot and grab a few of those 4 foot 40 watt 3200 lumen tubes and get a cheap bench light to put them in shouldnt cost too much as long as u got the 4 feet of space needed otherwise grab one of them circular ones just dont go cheap on them make sure u get each plant about 2500 lumens including the light they are gunna loose if your plants are not properly set in a white box or one wrapped in mylar or such things.
