hello.
Im have currently started to flower 2 girls, and at this point I know I need morelight power cause in the (veg) process I have been using 2 4foot fl. But now im flowering and I need more juice. So now i dont have enough money to spend like 100 dollars for a 400wat high pressure sodium and mess with buying a ballast even though that the way to go. So i was thinking if its ok to just go buy another set of 2 4foot fl. lights but put all bulbs to warm white. That would make 4 4foot florescent warm white bulbs pushing the flowering process for my 2 babys, including the reflective material im using.

Is that good enough?
Will it at least finish the process with a good result?

Ok what about this,

I’ve been getting really high electric bills and I was thinking if i should just get the 400watt with ballast and whole deal ... or just use 4 4foot fl lights. that i've explained about earlier. which will use more power im thinking the 400watt.. soo should i just use the floerescent lights
?
