Looking for dry herb vaporizer

I'm looking for a digital dry herb vaporizer type-c or micro usb port if possible with charger on the outside and a big battery that lasts a while I'm looking for big clouds as well. No screens as in I never wanna need screens or to change them Also, nothing with silicone or carbon fiber I don't want anything that will leave residue on my hands. Currently I smoke the HRB vaporizer from honeystick. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Must have warranty. Nice features if possible too. with no screen replacement or coil replacement needed.

i have a utillian 722 and like it a lot. it uses a small screen on top of its chamber to keep you from sucking up weed, but they're easy to change, they give you about half a dozen of them, and they clean up easy in alcohol. it has a one year warranty, but it's been working nice and smooth so far (about 6 months now). the battery is ok, not huge, but it last long enough to cook two loads, which is enough to keep a couple of heads pretty fucking high. 4 presets, the first two give you good flavor, the higher two give you big clouds. there's no coil, its like a convection oven, with a heating coil wrapped around the chamber, inside the unit. it hold enough for 8 to 10 good rips per load.
i realize it's not exactly what you're looking for, but i don't think what you're looking for exists...all of them i've seen use some kind of screen...but i haven't seen all of them, so it might be out there, good luck

I was going to ask for suggestions for a portable that works, after being burned with the utter shite that is the firefly. I have the vapexhale for home and this 722 looks just what I wanted, simple, clean, effective. I can't believe I spent double the amount on the fucking firefly, which would be fine for an every second sunday smoker. Just ordered one.

cool, i'm still pretty happy with mine, wish the battery was a little larger, but then the whole unit would have to be larger, and it's already bigger than most vapes

when you buy with the ten year warranty, the pax 2 or 3 is great.
I’ll never combust again if I had the choice.
The reason I say with the ten year warranty is the battery only lasts 1.5 years to 2 years max.
Then it’s a warranty replacement.
No issues I’ve warrantied 5 on one purchase over ten years.
Bought the newest version when they offered it with a ten year warranty and a discount.

It will be fine for my purposes which is just for the occasional puff while out on my bike. Can it be used while charging?

Healthy Rips Fury Edge or Rogue. Perfect portable, especially with the dosing capsules.

Hmm those do have a small silicone part though, but you don't have to touch it at any point.

No usb-charging, but arizer solo2 ticks all other boxes. I've had mine for a year and a half and I've put like half a kilo through it. It works great. I think I get like 1.5-2 grams worth of vape time per charge. I use a domed screen, but it's optional. They actually recommend using it without a screen and filling the chamber with bits of bud - not ground material. I clean the stems by letting them stand in isopropyl alcohol. One soaks and one is in use. Easy. Sometimes you do need to poke a needle through clogged holes in the "bowl", but there are only four and it's easy. The vape itself rarely needs any cleaning... I think I've cleaned the oven like twice. I do blow out bits of bud sometimes :D all in all, it's angood vape for everyday use. I'm sure there are "better" vapes out there, but this a hassle free and easy to use unit, which I like a lot.

@Roger A. Shrubber, looks like my timing was good because I'm very pleased with the 722 that just arrived, gave it a burnoff first, I think it needed it. I used small chunky bits of flower and everything was perfectly baked top to bottom, as indeed am I.

quick tip...when you clean the chamber, hold the unit upside down, so no alcohol leaks into it. i was reading reviews, and that was one of the few problems people were talking about, that you could potentially fry the circuitry under the chamber if you get alcohol into it

OK quick review. After a day any slight plasticky smell is gone. I was not overloading the bowl at first and discovering that I really need a lower temp than the lowest which was plenty to completely toast the weed. After a couple of days now I'm more impressed; my weed is particularly sticky but I have found that I can completely pack the chamber with chunky bits of weed and even press it down and the 722 will vape the lot perfectly evenly top to bottom. I'll give it a stir after a while to check this but it's alway perfect with no burned spots, I'm not sure how it manages this, but there you go.

I'd be happier if it had a lower temp setting, as it is I start using it after 10 seconds and just leave it on for 40 at a time, turning it off between tokes. This was slightly annoying at first due to the 5 button presses each time on and off but after I got used to it I quite like it, I just use it as if it's completely manual.

The engineering it also pretty good, some people have complained about the small gap between cap and body but that is actually a feature not a bug, if you see that gap after you press it you know it's sealing well. When the seal wears out that gap will disappear.

Sounds like you need to become a bit more realistic about vaping (note: it's significantly less effort than maintaining a bong). If you don't have to replace coils or screens what are you expecting to be doing? Completing a full oil change once every 2 days?

The fact you have to replace (or clean) screens heavily reduces oil buildup in other parts of the vape. I own a mighty medic (mighty) and can highly recommend it, battery lasts for approx. 12-14 caps filled with ~0.15-0.20g each and it can also be used while charging (pass through charging). I clean it about once every 17-20 grams of consumption which is easy to do with ISO wipes and a toothpick. I also wipe the top screen with a small bit of paper every gram or so and this reduces how often you need to clean it.

I will say that the desktop volcano vaporizer can't really be beaten in terms of vape performance but if you're going for a portable vape you may want to reflect on the limitations of going for one with what you seem to think is beautiful engineering but actually probably has terrible performance and won't be easy to clean or last a long time. The Mighty vapes can last 7+ years.

The crafty + came in today, so far I really like it. Web app worked perfect to adjust the temp, I have it set at 370f with a 40f boost. It works really nice like that. I also found if I just rip it before it totally heats up that’s a good way to get nice flavor before it really gets cooking. I hope the crafty lives up in terms of lifespan to the mighty.

This is really my second or 3rd time with Vapes, I forgot how efficiently ripped they get you :bigjoint::peace:
