Lukey Boii's 250w scrOG grow with LST

Hey all,

So this is my first indoor grow and ive decided to do the scrOg method along with LST and maybe suppercropping. I no how everyone says u shouldnt try all this on ur first grow but i feel ive done enough research to atleast give it a go.

Anyways so heres my grow cab i built...

The cab contains: 1x 250w HPS light wich i built myself (ill be using this for veg and flower)
1x 150mm inline fan (for exhaust)
1x small fan for circulation
2x 5 gal pots along with drain trays

And to topp it of everythings been painted with flat white paint and coated with a weather proof clear coating.

The strain ill be using is an unknown Sativa strain but ive grown it before it and it grew amazing, even though it was grown outdoors hopefully i can get good results indoors with it.

So thats the cab...

Heres the seedlings that are currently in a dome under a 25w fluro strip, there roughly around a week and a half old...

Yeh i no they have a shitload of stretch but im gonna be doing LST on them anyways so they should stay prety short and stocky.

At the moment im just waiting on my new 250w lamp to get here and than im gonna put them on 18/6 in my grow cab, when this happens ill be posting some new pics of them so stay on board with me and hopefully its a good grow.

I think it would be wise to take them out of the humidity dome - let them harden up a bit.
Humidity is needed for clones but not so much for seedlings.

What part of Oz are you in?

Oh shit why didnt i even think of that? haha, i was told by a dude to let them grow until they reach the top of the dome but ill prob take them out of it now, im in W.A man never even left the state before, wat bout urself?

Man it's getting stinkin hot where I am today was fucked but I guess that's the good thing about building a cab cuz u can control the temp indoors, have any of u fellas ordered seeds of this site before? I'm worried bout ordering them to Australia

dude I just checked out that site, looks Luke it's in the UK, how the he'll do they get the seeds through customs? And how long does it usualy air ur seeds to get here?

So its been a while since i have done anything with this thread as no one really subscribed so i didnt think it was worth continuing, but i got some new pics today and thought id share them.

Heres the better one thats grown nicely, its been LST'd and topped, im almost ready to put it into flower, just waiting for the lower growth to catch up with the taller ones.

Heres the one thats growing a little slower but still coming along nicely, the lower branches still need to katch up to the taller ones and this is whats keeping me from putting it into flower now.

So let me now what you guys think, its only my first grow so i no its nothing great but its truley turned into a passion of mine so im always keen for advice or critisism, oh and could some of use plz try get a few people to check out this journel so i could get some good advice, thanx guys peace out.

Looking good! Just keep pulling growth under screen for couple weeks it looks like. Check out ENTER THE SCROG thread its a good one for Scroggn. Subbed

Hey thanx dude, um there approx 5 weeks old or maybe a little older. Unforuantly because im the worst cloner ever i had to grow these little buggers from seed so im just keeping the fingers crossed they turn out females??

Thanx man appreciate it, Yeh im constantly going into that thread its got everything you need to no for scrOG, ill give attitude a try than and see how it goes.

Um im not to sure to tell you the truth, i wana fill the screen in a little more and wait for all the lower growth to reach the screen. I didnt make an enzact plan for when to flower them so i guess once im happy with the coverage and the size ill switch them to 12/12.

ok, best of luck to your. your pic really makes me want to try scrog. just sounds like alot of work with the string n shit. but the yields make up for that i see

dude i was a little reluctant at first to try it aswell but its really not that hard, and dont use string i just use mesh man theres no way id have the patience to string up a whole grow area!
Having a site like RIU really helps aswell theres prety much step by step instructions on how to properly scrOG so u really cant go wrong, give it a shot and let me no how u go
