you dun a darn good job there..kyI have another 15lbs of meat in the dehydrator right now of pepper jerky. Almost out of spices so I think this is all I'm going to be doing. The wife says we're almost out of hamburger so we're gonna grind up the rest of the meat and save it for that.So as much as I wanted to turn 200lbs of meat into jerky, looks like it's going to be 55lbs. Sorry to disappoint.
