My 1st grow, amherst sour diesel and green crack from seed

This is my first time growing so any input is definitely appreciated. Germinated the seeds in paper towels and then planted them in a jiffy seed starter I got from wally world for about $5. After 5 days in the jiffy cubes and sprouting up nicely I moved them to solo cups, it seemed like perfect timing as the roots were starting to try and penetrate the bottom when I removed the fiber from the jiffy cubes. Right now they're 10 days old and sitting at about 2 1/2" tall each. I'm running led grow lights keeping them running for 24 hrs maintaining a temp between 73 and 75 degrees in my closet. I have a grow tent but my roommate bought 8 clones so I moved them for space. My current plan is to just go the way of sea of green due to lack of space and the ability to crop out in half the time and yield more per square foot.

I'm keeping a log of the grow, documenting when I planted the seeds, moved them to the solo cups, every time I have to water them, their height at each watering, ect. The last 4 pics are a couple days old so they've grown a little more since then

Had a little mishap today. Got my new led light in which is a higher wattage and puts off more light, but it also has a little more weight to it. As I was adjusting the height on it the string the ratchet rope was connected to decided to snap and it fell on the green crack (insert pun). It crushed it about half way up and now just lays limp from there to the top so after my brief panic attack I stuck a small stick into the soil and tied the plant to it in hopes that it'll survive. It didn't cut it in half so I'm hoping it's ok but only time will tell. Took a couple more pics just because I was bored and enjoy looking at their progress

Well the Green Crack isn't looking too promising, the end of one of the leaves is turning black and she's not been perking up at all. The amherst sour diesel is sprouting up like a champ though. One question, when is a good time to start lst?

It's already showing the top pretty visibly but I wasn't sure it there was a general rule of thumb on a time period when it's best. They're at 12 days old now and have started to slowly introduce nutrients to them, although nothing seems to be helping the green crack at all.

Got them transplanted to their permanent home yesterday, the walmart here doesn't have any pots so I just cleaned an 18 gallon plastic storage container I had laying around and planted them in there

18 days old, the Amherst Sour Diesel is doing good. A couple leaves on the Green Crack were dying so I trimmed them off and has since mended itself from where the light fell on it so my fingers are still crossed. Started LST today on the Amherst Sour Diesel.
