Short version 10 bar 1000w led, I used their crappy dimmer, when I was warned not to. Burnt up dimmer and 2 bars burnt out. I think the wiring going burned inside the harness, if I wiggle it comes one, or one did.... Might I be able to fix it? If it's the wiring, yes, otherwise....

What the hell do I do to get ANY results? Alibaba doesn't seem to respond to Refunds very promptly... 7 months old

Good luck! I would contact them directly and I'd even send the link to this post. Sometimes a little bad advertising will motivate someone to make things right. Let us know if you make any headway.
LOL Funny you said that the last pm I sent them I might have hinted ever so slightly about the good reviews here, and my brother, one of the moderators, help run this site....

(better check that stating false kinship isn't a bannable offense....)

I know, right? Like how do I have the nutsack to use a dimmer they included for its intended use. Warned by the same people not to ever buy shit from china (umm like 1/2 our ecomony?)
My bad. I missed "their" and thought you used your own crappy dimmer after being warned not to.

No offense but you get what you pay for. The "best deals thread" is full of stuff like this that will probably only work for a matter of months, but hey it was super cheap right?
I didn't just jump in and buy it because it was cheap, because it wasn't. You buy all your lights from china / Taiwan. it Just ships from usa. Read hours and hours.

Everyone, including here, loves the light, which it's self is very good, just not the dimmer.

Some or most of the parts may be foreign, but my lights are assembled in the US and have worry free warranties, i shook the hands of the employees and owners of the companies at events , i was given their personal emails to reach out if need be. and in the unlikely case of any of them malfunctioning id have a response and resolution within a day.

Again, you get what you pay for, customer service included.

Sound like the leds and driver still work. Check the wiring isnt burnt out somewere. Couldn't you use the driver as a dimmer, most have a little screw somewere on them wich is to adjust power. If you can lower the power via driver then you should still be able to use the rest of the bars just at a lower wattage, im guessing at 80% power minus the two bars. You could then just send back the two wonky bars

Try swapping the position of the two bars an plug them in to the place of those that work. If they wprk then you definitely will know the problem is in the wiring, most likely from the drive to the two dud led bars.

I got overcharged for my lamps with a smile on my face lol. im a few harvests in on all of them and made my investment back multiple times over by now. Initial cost is water under the bridge.

I meant no disrespect man, just making an observation. best of luck i hope they send you a new light or new driver on the house
