They've only had 2 babies in the last year, I think they ate one and the other is finally big enough to come out of hiding lol.

Thanks for that tip theman. I'll have to try it and yes they are african. The males are so dominant and territorial that you'd think they take steriods daily.

$3000 and it's yours. :)
i dont like it that much  is that how much it really cost you? it seems like a very high quality guitar IMO, BUT if i was going to spend 3gs on a guitar i would buy a Martin, i just started playing about 8 monthes ago, i love it...i always am looking for another to play with though, thats my biggest problem

I played on an Ibanez accoustic for a long time.. They work. Martin, Taylor, it's preference really. They are both good guitars, but Taylors quality consistency surpasses Martin's by far. You can pick up 5 $3000 Martins and Maybe 1 of them will play and sound $3000, Gibsons are the same way. Taylor has their shit down and you can safely buy one without ever seeing it and know it's going to be great.

Yes, not doubt Taylor blows everyone out of the atmosphere, as far as acoustics our concerned! They have some of the best timber there is!

Good call Stump!

i really like my ibanez actually, it is one of those starter guitars so i only payed about 150- 200 dollars for it, but like i said i think its good to start out and learn on you know?...one thing i really dont like about it is the action on the guitar, its very high and being new at this im unsure how to lower it without messing up my guitar, but i figure if i learn how to play well on an high action guitar well when i get one that is right and smooth i will really be able to play it good, i really enjoy playing, like i said i wish i could play with others more, but not alot of my friends play so its mostly youtube for me

You should take it and have it set up.. If you havent ever had it you'd be surprised how much better you can get it. Id even sacrifice a little fret buzz for improved playability..

yea i def think i need to take it to a shop or luthier to keep it set up properly, my action is so high on my ibanez its honestly a pain in the ass, and fingers, and the buzz is really prolific, as in it buzzes very badly unless im pressing down very hard on the fretboard, i thought that was from the action being so high (the strings being far off the fretboard)...again im a newbie when it comes to all this stuff, i havent ever played an electric and just started playing acoustic in january, but i do love it and really enjoy playing.

sounds like you should just try tightening the truss-rod on it a little bit, that will pull the neck back and bring your strings closer. If it buzzes worse then you can adjust the bridge or back the truss rod back off a little and dial it in the best you can there.

Sometimes though the cheap guitars are set up as best as they can be and aren't going to get any better no matter what lol.
