Nasty precipitation

This is not for weed but it's weed fertilizers so hopefully someone can help.

I started an NFT system and ran it without plants to check for leaks.
2 days later this is what I saw...

It was MasterBlend at the time so I switched for General Hydroponic Flora I had left and same thing happened after a couple of days.
I then mixed another batch with only CalMag, Micro, Gro and bloom without armorSi and ph down but after 2 days same nasty stuff.

I even added a water heater just to see.
I have a small pump in a 10 gallons res. feeding those 2 gutters.

if both the nutes you tried left this behind, im thinking your source water should be a prime suspect. are you running from the tap or r/o? have you tried running the system without nutes in it? its possible that theres something in your source water that is knocking things out of solution, or just some gunk floating around in it thats settling in your system

70's natureboy, Are you using Dyna Gro with NFT or RDWC ?

Nasty, that's my next move, try RO water.
I use filtered tap, but I also run 2 other RDWC with MasterBlend with no problem.
